Olkkari valmistuu * The living room is getting ready :)

Mies sai justiinsa koottua tuon Ikean hyllykön (siksi siis nuo lasten huoneen matot ja sänkypeitto sekä työkalupakki tuossa kuvassa). Mutta huomaatko; katto ja seinät ovat nyt VALKOISET ja kirjahyllyn takaseinä on basilikan värinen!!! Huoneeseen tuli niin valtavasti valoisuutta ja lisää tilaa <3 Mutta uudet värit seinillä ja katossa aiheuttivat sen, että lattiakin piti maalata! Joten viime viikolla olkkarin lattia sai Betolux-käsittelyn. Värinä Basaltti, jonka tuo auringon valo kuvassa vaalentaa. Lapsilla on ollut hauskaa, sillä uusi lattia heijastaa heidän kuvansa :)

* Hubby just got the Ikea book shelf ready (that's the reason for the carpets from the kids' room and the toolbox there in the pic). Notice; the ceiling and the walls are WHITE and the wall behind the book shelf is painted with the paint color called basil!!! We've got soooo much more space and light to the room with the new colors <3 Althou the new colors on the ceilings and the walls made the old pine wood floor look so dark and OLD -so we decided to paint that too. Now the color of the floor it's called Basalt (the sun makes it look lighter gray in the pic than it actually is). Kids have been enjoying the new floor, because it's reflecting their pictures :)

Suomessa on oikea kesä <3 - Finally a real Summer here in Finland <3

Mie nautin näistä kesäkeleistä ihan suunnattomasti. Ja vihdoin on saavutettu lämpötilat, joissa miun ei tartte käyttää villasukkia ja voin nukkua pelkällä lakanalla. Kerrankin miun ei ole kylmä :D

I'm enjoying these summer days enormously. And finally we have reached the temperature when I don't need to wear woolen socks -and i can sleep just with the bed sheet. For once I'm not cold :D

Mie palaan opintojeni pariin, jotta voin viikonloppuna taas lomailla. Olimme viime viikon lomailemassa, joten remppa ei ole kauheasti edistynyt, mutta näistä lisää myöhemmin :)

I have to get back to my studies to be able to have a few days of on the weekend. On last week we were on holiday, so the renovation of the house didn't really progress... but i'll tell more about those later :)
